My Disclosure Policy

I have a ton going on right now. My Grandfather passed away on Tuesday. Tomorrow is the wake and Monday is the funeral. Trying not to think of it to much.

Levi is teething with a runny nose. Poor kid.

John took another part of the test for the state. We should know soon what's going on.

I just got hired at The Children's Place. Not much money, but it's money none the less!

My Levi is WALKING!! Before he would take between 1-6 steps and then be done with it. And if you would try to get him to walk again, he would refuse and go limp.

But tonight we were over at my Grandma's for our usual Sunday dinner, and Levi was walking from me, to my sister, to John to my grandma and to my mom!! We couldn't believe how long he would go with walking before sitting down. And he even stood himself up and started walking without being prompted!!

I just sat there laughing, smiling and crying. My sweet little baby is growing up on me.

Levi walked up to my grandmother the other day and shoved a tissue up her nose so she could blow her nose. LOL. My kid is a noseblower at the age of 1.

We have so much clutter here. Between all of Levi's toys and clothes that he no longer uses to things from mine and John's past. Sadly, it just sits in boxes in our closet and the garage. Well, I got most of the chores done yesterday.

Levi is being more and more daring trying to walk. I'm thrilled but at the same time, not ready for my baby to grow up! I know I will cry when he starts to walk.

John keeps on being stubborn about applying for jobs. Keeps calling me pushy. Haha, ok.

Levi wants me to ready Blue's Clues to him. So I'm off. Poor kid has had a runny nose from his allergies. He keeps trying to eat his snot. EW!

John just took Levi in the car without me. This is only the 2nd time I have allowed him to take Levi somewhere without me. First time it was a 5 minute drive. This time it's just to the post office and to get me tissues - my allergies are in overdrive. I am a worry wart. So I usually tell him no, but when I surprised him today and said yes...I thought he was going to fall over! I love my boys!

I am now also pen-paling to another soldier. This man doesn't have an angel and is lonely. So this will be nice. I believe he's from Brooklyn. I also sent my first letter to my soldier yesterday!

I am making a postcard book for my soldier. So if anyone would like to send me a post card from your state/country, please do! It would mean so much to him and me.

John went to his building tour for his temp job. It's at the GAP Warehouse. So today he just did the tour and the drug test. On Friday is orientation and Monday is when he starts.

Levi has quite a few new accomplishments! He now barks and meows. He waves hello and goodbye. And he's talking in sentences "I go" and "Hi ball" are what we have down so far. My big boy!
